REHIS Elementary Nutrition and Health

First Aid Certificate

BII Scottish Certificate for Licensed Premises staff

Course will cover, food preparation, customer service, bar and table service, financial management and work experience.

Completers of the course are guaranteed an interview, and help will be given on interview techniques and presentation.

The Employability Support Team of Routes To Work Ltd will be working with local employers to ensure participants get realistic job opportunities.

Expenses of attending the course will be covered, Childcare funded, whites provided and lunch provided.

There will be 4 programmes held from April 2010

Venues in Motherwell and Cumbernauld

You must be keen to get a job in the hospitality sector (Hotels, Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Sandwich Bars etc)
