Training For Work

The training course comprises a mix of training and practical work experience within a sports coaching environment.

Training elements covered will be:-

Ø  Sports Leader level II Award

Ø  Coaching certificate in football level 1

Ø  Sports First Aid Training

Ø  Child Protection training

Ø  Youth Work training

Ø  Bilateral training

Ø  TOPS training

Ø  Work experience

Ø  Personal Development training

Successful applicants will be able to enter employment within a sports environment. 

Please note that Disclosure Scotland check will be done prior to commencement of the training.

Course times:-

During training – Mon – Fri 09.30am – 16.00pm approx

Work placement – Evenings and weekends to fit with facility opening times
