We offer advice and guidance on a number of topics and encourage people to improve their working conditions and career prospects.

Career Support
Your In Work Support Advisor can assist you with career planning, helping you to identify the skills you currently have, and which skills you need to be successful in your chosen industry. Understanding your skills, interests and goals is the key to making the right career decisions.

​Upskilling
If you feel that you would like to retrain or gain further skills in your current industry, we can support you with finding the correct training provider and to look into funding options such as Individual Training Accounts (ITA).

In Work Training
We can have a chat with your employer, to discuss what training they can provide you to increase your skills. We will work closely with your employer and support them with the delivery of training, accessing funding and facilities to make sure you receive the training which is right for you at this stage in your career. ​​

Underemployment
Not getting enough guaranteed hours at work? Your advisor will assist you to look at options for increasing your hours, or to consider boosting your income through secondary employment. ​
