  • Meet with your Case Worker for 1:1 interaction
  • Identify any training/support needs
  • Look at wellbeing, employability and confidence
  • Provide information of support organisations
  • Create an action plan to suit individual needs, requirements and referral to services as appropriate

  • Create or enhance your CV
  • Interview skills and mock interview preparation 
  • Identifying job goals through transferable skills
  • Support with Applications
  • Accredited Training e.g. CSCS cards, SQA awards, REHIS, SIA etc
  • Exclusive vacancies and apprenticeships
