Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide reception, administrative and housing support for a Housing Association to enable an efficient and effective service to be delivered.  

Duties
Duties include : To work/train as a Modern Apprentice To assist in providing an excellent service to our customers To provide effective administration To display a strong customer focused service. To work alongside a variety of positions within Housing services that will provide the technical knowledge needed to complete the apprenticeship. Respond to telephone and written enquiries in a professional and corporate manner. To adhere to the Company’s terms, conditions, policies and procedures. To carry out any other relevant duty as may be determined from time to time by their mentor or department line manager.

Essential Requirements

Good verbal communication skills (both face to face and over the telephone) Computer literate and willing to learn new systems Customer focused and able to demonstrate customer service skills after full training Team player – willing to help out where necessary Good interpersonal skills Organisational ability Good time management Competent Maths and English skills

Desirable Requirements
Experience of working as part of an effective team. Experience of providing customer service.
