Are you looking for a role that rewards you the more you put in? With our sales through service commission structure our customer service representatives can take home up to £25,000 per year. The better customer service advisor you are, the better customer service you provide and the more you can increase your earnings!


The role:

Our most successful customer service advisors regularly see commission payments of more than £200+ per month. These agents have a real passion for providing excellent customer service by understanding their customers, building relationships and taking ownership, ensuring to get a resolution the first time, every time. Our very best customer service representatives are highly self-driven with a strong desire to succeed.


We are seeking friendly, outgoing customer service advisors to join our growing team of customer service agents. You will be supporting one of our biggest clients, speaking to customers daily via inbound calls. You will be responsible for resolving queries or problems, and also matching our customers to the best deals to suit them for TV, broadband and phone.


If you have a passion for delighting customers, then we already have that in common. We are looking for customer service advisors who are;

  • Confident communicators and able to deal with customers via telephone.

  • Comfortable navigating through multiple computer systems.

  • Able to work as an individual but also contribute to our fantastic culture.

  • Pro-active in resolving problems as and when they arise.

  • Experienced in conflict resolution

  • Looking to establish themselves with a continually successful and growing business.

  • Able to work to high levels of accuracy in a fast paced environment.

  • Transferable skills within Retail, Hospitality and other customer service leading sectors.

Our Customer Service Advisors operate in a call centre environment and work over 7 days.

Our opening hours are:-

  • Monday - Friday 08:00 - 21:00

  • Saturday and Sunday 08:00 - 18:00
