Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Fixers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and constructing various structures and systems across our projects. This role requires a proactive approach, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in diverse environments. The Fixer will play a vital part in ensuring the integrity and functionality of our facilities through expert craftsmanship and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

· Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely to complete tasks efficiently.

• Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute projects accurately.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times.

• Troubleshoot issues promptly and implement effective      solutions to minimise downtime.

Skills

· Strong proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.

• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.

• Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and working at heights or with hazardous materials.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards maintenance challenges.

• Good organisational skills with the ability to  prioritise tasks effectively.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate efficiently within a team environment.
