We are a Multi Discipline Facility & Property Management company based in Airdrie, working across Scotland and we are looking to recruit a Client Administrative Assistant. Working 40hrs per week and rate of pay is NMW.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties will include: - Input and processing of documents; Answering general queries by telephone and email; Filing and other general administration tasks; Updating work management software; Running client reports.
Good numerical and written skills; A friendly and positive attitude; Excellent customer service/communication skills; Ability to follow written/verbal instructions; Good organisational and planning skills; Able to work well with colleagues or on their own; Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
Desirable criteria:Previous experience of working in a busy office would be advantageous.
