We are looking for a friendly, organised and compassionate Dental Receptionist join our growing practice team. This exciting role is primarily reception-based, with clinical nursing support required when needed, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and hands-on dental care.

You will be joining a supportive and welcoming team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care in a friendly and professional environment.

The Role

As a Receptionist, your duties will include:

· Supporting patients and the team with a variety of reception and administrative tasks

· Ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit

· Managing appointment bookings, confirmations and schedule changes

· Maintaining accurate patient records using dental practice software

· Providing patients with oral hygiene and post-treatment advice

· Supporting smooth day-to-day running of the practice

· Assisting with stock control and ordering dental supplies

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organisational and IT skills

· A calm and professional manner in a busy environment

· A team-focused attitude with a passion for patient care

· Previous experience working in a similar environment is preferred
