A Wishaw based gym are looking to recruit a Gymnastics Apprentice to add to their busy team. The successful candidate will be working 25 – 35 hours per week, with an hourly rate of NMW.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality gymnastics coaching for various age groups and skill levels

Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual gymnasts and groups Ensure a safe and positive learning environment in all classes

Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and personal growth

Manage class schedules and assist with administrative tasks, including planning and record-keeping Communicate effectively with parents, students, and team members to address any concerns or feedback

Essential Criteria :

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young gymnasts

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

A passion for promoting participation, inclusion, and community within the gymnastics environment

Desirable Criteria :

Previous experience working with a diverse range of age groups and skill levels

Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and staying current with gymnastics trends and techniques
