Healthcare Support Workers

We're providing support to multiple care organisations to help them find caring and compassionate support staff.

You don’t need experience to work as a carer and you don’t need to drive – you do need to have certain qualities and attributes though. Please discuss this industry with your caseworker to find out more.

The care sector can offer flexible working patterns, full training and help you obtain industry recognised qualifications and provide the opportunity to work in a caring and meaningful role.

You will provide care to individuals in their home. You will encourage independence by supporting some individuals to carry out day to day activities such as shopping, visiting friends or local community groups.

This is a great opportunity for someone age 17+ that would like to support people across North Lanarkshire to achieve, succeed and prosper within their communities.
