Job Title : Production Member/Retail Staff

Hours : 40 hours per week

Wage : £13.45

Company Profile

Wishaw based workwear clothing company that design bespoke branded products

including clothing, promotional items etc are looking to add a Production Team

Member/Retail Staff to their current set up. This is a full time permanent position working Mon

– Fri 08:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, hourly rate is £13.45.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist customers (parents and students) with sizing, fitting, and product selection

• Provide advice on uniform requirements for different schools

• Handle queries, exchanges, and returns in a professional manner

• Manage busy periods (e.g. back-to-school season) efficiently while maintaining

service standards

• Operate the till and process cash/card payments accurately

• Promote additional items (e.g. PE kits, accessories) where appropriate

• Maintain awareness of pricing and current offers

• Replenish shop floor stock and ensure key sizes are always available

• Receive, check and organise deliveries

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or fast-moving items

• Assist with stock takes and inventory management

• Keep displays tidy, organised, and size-ordered

• Ensure shop floor is clean, presentable, and easy to navigate

• Update displays during seasonal peaks or promotions

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Follow opening and closing procedures

• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, particularly in fitting areas

Essential Criteria

Retail staff - Must have experience working with the public, be hardworking and able to work

under pressure

Production Staff - must be hardworking, a fast learner and able to work under pressure.

Desirable Criteria

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Patience and confidence when assisting children and parents

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Good attention to detail (sizes, stock accuracy, transactions)

• Team-oriented with a proactive approach
