A Shotts based company who design and manufacture customer teamwear and accessories which are personalised or made to order are looking to recruit a Sales Executive to add to their team. The successful candidate will be offered a full time permanent contract working Mon – Thurs 09:30-17:30, Friday 09:00-14:00.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in increasing customer base and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with the companies small but passionate team to develop strategies that align with their business goals and address challenges like customer acquisition and brand awareness.
You will :
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with grassroots sports clubs and other potential clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand awareness and promotional efforts.
Analise sales metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Desirable Criteria :
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the sports apparel or related industry.
Strong knowledge and passion for sports.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
