Routes To Work Limited (RTW) is a Company Limited by Guarantee with Charitable Status and is a key strategic partner within the North Lanarkshire Local Employability Partnership. Established as an independent charity in 2002, we have assisted over 22,500 unemployed local residents back into employment over the past twenty-one years whilst investing over £50m in the local economy. We have developed a strong reputation for being an innovator and leading provider of skills & employability services locally and nationally.
As we embark upon delivery of our new three-year strategic business plan in April ’24 and as a consequence of the recent appointment of our current Depute Chief Executive as our new Chief Executive from 1st April,
We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and energetic Deputy Chief Executive (Corporate Services) to spearhead and facilitate the achievement of our ambitious goals in corporate support, quality & service improvement, HR and organisational development. You should also have a deep understanding of the synergy of these disciplines with Operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will play a crucial role in advancing the company's strategic business plans, taking the lead in upholding the highest standards of fiscal and corporate governance. Your efforts will align with the organisation's Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values, ensuring they form a solid foundation for our future growth aspirations.
This is a truly unique opportunity to make a real & lasting impact within a highly regarded social enterprise.
