Mon & Fri: 9am – 5pm
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 12pm – 8pm

What will a typical day at Routes to Work be like for you?

The In Work Support Advisor role focuses on Routes to Work clients who are currently in employment.  The role provides ongoing support, guidance and continuity to clients to ensure clients are supported to sustain the employment they have worked so hard to achieve


In line with Routes to Work’s purpose, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible for ensuring you approach the role the Routes to Work way, providing the service in a professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly manner.

This is a key role, working closely with a range of stakeholders, including partners and colleagues to deliver the best service to our clients.
