Job Title: Business Support Assistant – Full Time (35 hours post)
Reports to: Team Leader
Location: Across North Lanarkshire (initially working from home)
Working Pattern: Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm
Duration: Fixed term to 31st March 2022 (may be an opportunity to extend)

Routes to Work Limited (RTW) is a registered Charity and a strategic partner within North Lanarkshire’s Working, the North Lanarkshire Partnership’s Employability Service.
At RTW, we deliver employment support services and skills development to economically disadvantaged residents of North Lanarkshire who require our support to access and sustain work and make improvements in their lives.
We have been successful in securing funding to deliver a range of services for residents of North Lanarkshire, and we are looking for team members to help us deliver these services while supporting the economic recovery.
Routes to Work continue as a crucial service to ensure that North Lanarkshire and its’ residents are able to avail themselves of the labour market opportunities that will occur as the economic recovery starts.
You will be the first point of contact both in person (initially working from home) and on the telephone for clients, partners and other visitors to the delivery centre projecting a professional, friendly and welcoming manner at all times.
To work closely with the Operational Delivery Teams and Operations Managers in the provision of a high quality & responsive support service to the multi-disciplinary frontline delivery staff of RTW and through this, contribute to the achievement of the organisations Service Level Agreement targets and the Company’s strategic objectives.
Candidates must have a drive and passion to improve the lives of North Lanarkshire residents. You must demonstrate that you can be resourceful and resilient and are completely client-centric.
