Leadership at Routes to Work
Intent-Based Leadership [IBL] focuses on creating an environment where people at all levels of an organisation can exercise initiative, make decisions, and take ownership of their work. In this model, leaders provide clear guidance on the overall purpose and mission, then empower their teams to make decisions and act based on their expertise and knowledge. Routes to Work are an IBL organisation.
What will a typical day at Routes to Work be like for you?
You will be a member of the Leadership Team, and you will lead the Working for Families Team. You will have full responsibility for budget management and performance, whilst maintain existing partnerships and building new ones.
The Working for Families Programme
The Working for Families programme is funded by Scottish Government to help and support parents of North Lanarkshire back into work. The programme offers a service tailored to individual needs where we help parents remove any barriers, they may have that prevents them from moving forward in employment. The programme includes support for parents already in work, to progress on their employment journey. This is a bespoke programme tailored to suit the needs of the individual.
