PACE+ Our new redundancy support service

If you are at threat of redundancy or have just been made redundant, contact Routes To Work as soon as possible to see how we can support you back into the labour market. Our brand new redundancy support service is an off-shoot of the larger PACE programme - Partnership Action for Continuing Employment and is called PACE+.  PACE+ aims to support local individuals who have been redundant from smaller companies in the North Lanarkshire area who need help, accredited training, support and guidance and access to bespoke support.  You will receive a dedicated caseworker, a specialist PACE+ link worker who will support you with exclusive vacancies, accessing new matched opportunities for you and support in finding you your next role.

Childcare Support Services

Picture
If you are registered with Routes to Work, the Childcare Team can help you find an excellent childcare service in your area to look after your family for when you move into employment.

We will talk to you about the childcare available and organise a 'settling in' visit for you and your child/children - so that when you do go to work you will have peace of mind and can concentrate on your job.

Part of the role of the childcare caseworker is to establish a network of approved childminders, nurseries and out-of-school provisions to ensure that the childcare we recommend is appropriate to each client. We act as a link between you and the childcare provider, organising a settling in visit and ensuring everything is in place.

Our childcare caseworkers provide advice and guidance on the various types of childcare options available; they can help find the right childcare service to suit your time requirements for training and employment, and offer financial support towards initial costs.

If you live in the North Area
including Airdrie, Coatbridge, Cumbernauld, Kilsyth and Northern Corridor
