Restaurant Supervisor (F)

A Shotts based hotel are looking to add a Restaurant Supervisor to their team. The successful candidate will be offered a 40 + hours per week over 7 days contract with an hourly rate of £13.00 (which is negotiable dependent on experience).

No need for restaurant experience, the employer will accept someone with good customer service experience who understands the need to treat each customer with respect and will do all they can to encourage repeat custom.

Duties:

• Restaurant management

• Ordering

• Training junior staff

• Coordinating a restaurant diary

• Adhering to high standards

• Time keeping

• Ordering

• Due diligence

• Empathetic towards customers grievances

• Cash/Electronic money handling experience 

Essential Requirements:

• Good personal and profession hygiene

• Easy going person but work focused when needed

• Happy to work weekends
