What people say

impact & growth 1.png

Supporting people into fair, sustainable jobs is central to the ambition of employability support in West Dunbartonshire. Employability services are pivotal to achieving this aim and reducing social and economic inequalities.

Routes to Work commenced tailored employability provision within the Whitecrook area in Clydebank – an area facing significant challenges, offering advice, guidance, training and support for work. The project was successful with positive outcomes for service users who gained confidence, skills and qualifications.

West Dunbartonshire Council are looking forward to working in partnership with Routes to Work in 24/25 to offer high quality employability services which meet the needs of residents and employers.

- Clare Henry, West Dunbartonshire Council, Working 4U Team Coordinator
