This year, we’ve grown - in our reach, partnerships, and impact. But we’ve done it the Routes To Work way.

 

For over twenty years we have established deep roots in North Lanarkshire, we’re now supporting people into work across West Lothian, Clackmannanshire and beyond.

 

We’ve also established new partnerships with collaborators in the area we started in, North Lanarkshire, through NHS and education opportunities.

 

We’ve helped parents like Emma in West Lothian find purpose again, given Stephen in Clackmannanshire the confidence to step back into the workplace and strengthened lives and communities by walking alongside people through every step of their employment journey.

 

Backed by our growth strategy, our expansion has been intentional and values-led. And the results speak for themselves - a £7.34 return for every £1 invested, national recognition through the Investors in People Platinum Award, and a Gold rating from the North Lanarkshire Employer Charter.
