A year of success!

Celebrating our Investors In People platinum accreditation
We’re delighted to achieve Platinum accreditation from Investors in People, the very highest level of recognition for excellence in people management.
Out of 50,000 organisations recognised globally, only 251 have reached this elite level.
We’re honoured to be among the top 0.5% worldwide, one of just 50 organisations in Scotland, and one of only 14 charities globally to earn this distinction.
This accreditation reflects our shared commitment to leading, supporting, and investing in our people. It recognises the strength of our leadership, our dedication to continuous improvement, and the underpinning values that drive everything we do.

Going for GOLD

We were honoured to receive the Gold Award from the North Lanarkshire Employer Charter this year - recognising our commitment as a fair, responsible organisation that uplifts our community.
The NL employer charter was created by North Lanarkshire Council to maintain and support a network of employers across the region; those who do business responsibly – enabling both employers and employees to benefit as the economy grows.
Proudly presented by Provost Kenneth Duffy, this accolade reflects our adherence to four key principles:

This award clearly highlights our role as strategic partners in North Lanarkshire’s labour market. It highlights how our ethical practices, local investment and inclusive hiring make us a trusted employer and community leader.
We’re proud to stand among organisations setting the gold standard in responsible employment and community impact across North Lanarkshire.

Supporting Our Armed Forces Community

In June 2025, Routes To Work proudly became a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, demonstrating our formal commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.
This pledge ensures that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces - and their families, including the bereaved - are treated with fairness, dignity and respect.
As we continue to grow our impact across Scotland, we’re proud to uphold values that recognise the sacrifices of our service personnel and promote equity across every community we serve.
More success at the ERSA Awards
In December 2024, we were back at the ERSA Awards (Employment Related Services Association), where we won the Driving Compliance, Quality & Performance Award!
Our Routes To Change model - the approach to client progression which we implement across all of our work - was seen to be of the highest standard in a category which was full of talented organisations, and won overall in a newly created category.
We are very grateful to ERSA for this recognition, as well as our staff who keep the clients at the very heart of all that we do!
