Shift Pattern Availability

• Sunday – Thursday | 13:00–15:00 start

• Tuesday – Saturday | 13:00–15:00 start

• Wednesday – Sunday | 03:00–05:00 start

• Thursday – Monday | 06:00–08:00 start

• Tuesday – Friday yard shunting duties | 17:00 start (40 hours per week)

Pay 

£16.19 per hour + applicable premiums

About the role 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Class 1 Drivers to join a busy and professional logistics operation based in Cumbernauld. This role involves trunking goods across a national distribution network, including supplier collections and depot deliveries, ensuring products are transported safely and efficiently between sites.

Key Resposibilities

• Carry out trunking operations between depots and distribution centres

• Complete supplier collections and depot deliveries safely and efficiently

• Ensure all vehicle checks and legal compliance requirements are met

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

• Follow all transport, health & safety, and driving regulations

• Support yard shunting duties where required

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

• Minimum 18 months Class 1 driving experience

• Maximum 6 penalty points with no DD/DR endorsements

• Driver CPC qualification with at least 3 modules completed

• Comfortable with manual handling and multi-drop deliveries

• Good communication and time management skills
