Company Profile
An Airdrie based sub-contractor for a Logistics company called Thinventory/Bybox, who provide a nationwide delivery service to engineers for companies such as Sky/British Gas/Ovo, are looking to recruit a Driver/Courier to add to their busy team. Freight is transported through the Thinventory/Bybox network and the successful candidate will deliver these parts to Exchanges across Scotland, i.e to lockers usually sited at garages/supermarkets etc.
The company currently have vacancies within their routes network(37.5hrs) and our Trunking system(40hrs)
Hourly rate for the role is £13.50
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Routes role (37.5hrs) involves driving & delivering freight to exchanges by use of scanners
Trunking Role (40hrs) involves delivering/receiving freight between depots within the Thinventory/Bybox network, shifts are on rota from the base in Coatbridge to sites in Warrington and Coventry
Essential Criteria
Driving License, flexibility
Desirable Criteria
Some knowledge/experience of technical equipment e.g Scanners, mobile phones etc. Previous driving/delivery experience not essential as on the job training available
