Local Coatbridge Builder looking to take on 2 labourers to join their team.
Role and Person Spec:
Must have clean driving license
Site Preparation & Maintenance: Clearing debris, digging trenches, erecting scaffolding, and setting up temporary structures.
Material Handling: Moving tools, equipment, and materials (bricks, mortar, timber) across the site.
Assisting Trades: Supporting roofers, renderers, carpenters, and technicians with various tasks.
Safety Compliance: Maintaining a tidy site to prevent accidents and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Physical Fitness & Strength: Ability to lift heavy loads and work in challenging, often outdoor, conditions.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of construction safety procedures and ability to follow instructions.
Certification: A valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is usually required for working on construction sites in the UK.
Teamwork & Communication: Good communication skills for working with a team.
