In conjunction with Tesco we are recruiting for our first RETAIL ROUTEWAY of 2024!! 

Course will take place week commencing 4th March 2024.

The format for this Training and Employment opportunity will be: 

  • 3 days Classroom based training where you will complete mandatory certificates to aid your application and have full access to application form support. 

  • Working in Retail

  • Customer Service & Employability Skills 

  • REHIS Licensing Course Workbook 

  • Interview Skills (Retail Orientated)

  • Mock Interviews

  • World Host Customer Service (Accredited Course)

  • REHIS Food Safety & Hygiene (Accredited Course)

  • We will then be looking to offer a shadow/work placement day with Tesco ahead of your interview to gain some shop floor and first hand experience. 


You will need

  • A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride

  • The ability to build rapport with customers, meaning they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip

  • To take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers

  • Work well within a team and communicate openly with others

  • Build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit, having fun and celebrating success

  • Be at work on time, well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador
