Local Tyre Service & Supplier in Airdrie North Lanarkshire, looking for a fulltime office employee on a trainee basis.
Hours of work would be Monday-Friday 0830 – 1700 - This role is based at our premises in North Lanarkshire.
Will be the first point of contact for our organisation. Duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business at our main office. Will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, assigning and managing incoming jobs & liaising with mobile staff
Key tasks would include, but not limited to:
• Manage orders and jobs to invoice process for allocated accounts
• Coordinate completion of required forms
• Ordering and maintaining levels of stock
• Client management on all updates throughout the process
• Maintain in-house system information and document management process
• Support with client queries, advising where necessary on their requirements
• Answer telephone enquiries and assisting general public
• General administration tasks – scanning, filing, invoicing etc.
Essential Requirements:
Customer service experience & knowledge of IT Systems.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience of front desk sales or administrative role would be advantageous.
Experience in the tyre or motor trade is desirable, but not essential.
