A Traffic Management Company based in Cleland are looking for Trainee Operatives to join their training program which is run by their Training Manager. The hours of work can vary depending on our clients needs but the weekly contract is 37.5hrs. Hourly rate NMW to begin with.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide support to the team operatives installing and removing various types of traffic management. Training for the role will be carried out onsite and classroom assessments will be carried out through the year. These are excellent roles for the successful candidates to secure qualifications and long term employment. If you are hard working and willing to get your head down, you will be supported into the position of traffic management operative with a higher salary after year 1.
Essential Criteria :
Must be able to drive due to the nature of the job. Willing to work flexible hours
Desirable Criteria:
Some experience in construction/roads

Qualifications that can be gained are Lantra approved M1, M2, M4, M5 with a view to working up to 12D and 12 A/B
