Warehouse Operative – 4 On, 4 Off

Location: Eurocentral, Motherwell
Pay: £12.80 per hour days | £13.40 per hour nights
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm or 6:00pm – 6:00am

A well-established logistics and distribution company based at Eurocentral is looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join its busy team.

This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, providing four consecutive rest days between each four-day working block.

Shift Options

Day Shift

• 6:00am – 6:00pm

• £12.80 per hour

• 4 days on, followed by 4 days off

Night Shift

• 6:00pm – 6:00am

• £13.40 per hour

• 4 nights on, followed by 4 nights off

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, duties may include:

• Picking and preparing orders using barcode      scanning technology

• Loading and unloading goods

• Sorting and organising stock

• Moving goods safely around the warehouse

• Preparing items for dispatch

• Carrying out general warehouse duties

• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised

• Following health and safety procedures

• Working as part of a team to meet      operational targets
