Warehouse Supervisor – Day Shift and backshift

Location: Eurocentral, Motherwell
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £14.80 per hour
Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm or 6.00pm to 6.00am
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off

A well-established logistics and distribution company based at Eurocentral is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead its day-shift warehouse team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is confident supervising a team and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily warehouse operations.

The Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting warehouse      operatives throughout the shift

• Coordinating daily workloads and      allocating tasks

• Ensuring picking, loading and dispatch      activities are completed efficiently

• Monitoring productivity and supporting the      team to achieve operational targets

• Ensuring health and safety procedures are      followed at all times

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping      and warehouse organisation

• Supporting the training and development of      team members

• Identifying and reporting any operational      issues

• Communicating effectively with colleagues      and management

• Leading by example and creating a positive      working environment

What They Are Looking For

The employer is looking for someone who:

• Has previous warehouse, logistics or      distribution experience

• Has supervisory, team leader or similar      experience

• Is confident managing and motivating a      team

• Has good communication and organisational      skills

• Can prioritise workloads within a busy      environment

• Has a strong understanding of workplace      health and safety

• Is reliable, professional and able to lead      by example

Hours & Pay

☀️ Day Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm
📅 4 shifts on, followed by 4 days off
💷 £14.00 per hour
