Our end of year 2025 newsletter is now live!
This year has been transformative for Routes to Work. We're delighted to share our 2024-25 Annual Report, which demonstrates the impact of our person-centred approach that is now reaching communities ACROSS Scotland. Our report touches on our expansion into 3 new local authorities, a social value of £7.34 for every £1 invested into Routes to Work, and 1,111 people supported into employment.
We're also excited to introduce Routes to Impact, our new social value evaluation framework, and celebrate the success of our Routeways programme and Working for Families events throughout the festive season.
