The Routes To Work Way
Culture is massively important to everyone at Routes To Work.
We wanted to refresh and revisit our Purpose, Mission, Vision & Values to understand how our staff embody these.
We brought our team together for a company-wide session and asked them to come up with words that represented these values in the way we work.
We then created a word cloud graphic which has become our Routes To Work Way.
Some of the most popular words staff came up with were respect, care, support, help and listen.
It was really important that we engaged with staff on this as it is them that own this and live and breathe it on a daily basis.
