Job Title : Administration Assistant

Hours : 40 hours per week

Wage : £12.60

Company Profile :

A Motherwell based landscaping company are looking to add an Administration Assistant to their busy team. The successful candidate will be offered a full time permanent contract working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with an hourly rate of £12.60.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Dealing with team requests (materials info, addresses, updates)

Ordering materials, organising deliveries

Invoicing (creating, sending and basic chasing)

Organising vehicle repairs (initial calls and diary)

Organising tool repairs/drop offs

Posting to social media (once content is created)

Responding to comments and messages

Outreach admin (sending info, follow up emails for grab hire)

Essential Criteria :

Experience in word, exel and gmail, confident and polite when answering the phone
