OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (vac ref – Off32201)
COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
A Motherwell based electrical contractor, who does work throughout mainland Britain is looking to add an Office Administrator to their team. Hours of work would be 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute break each day for lunch. Holiday entitlement is 32 days per annum including all public holidays. Hourly rate for the role is £12.60.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role consists of managing the day to day running of three ongoing contracts and requires good admin skills as well as Excel and a confident telephone manner. Responsibilities would be to track and prepare the monthly spreadsheets for two of their clients for billing by the bookkeeper. One of the clients is a reactive contract for which jobs would be entered onto the system and invoiced when complete. Daily interaction with clients and electricians would be part of this role
Essential criteria: Knowledge of Excel and a good telephone manner.
Desirable criteria: Good admin skills and a willingness to learn.
