Cafe Supervisor - Carntyne, Glasgow

Location: Near Carntyne Rail Station, Glasgow Position:Full-time/Part-time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm; Saturday and Sunday, until 2pm

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the hospitality industry who is looking to take on a leadership role. Supervisory experience is not essential, but you must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the hotplate and ensure all dishes      are prepared to the highest standard

• Cook and prepare food according to the      menu

• Support the cafe owner with day-to-day      operations

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Provide excellent customer service

• Assist in training and supporting junior      staff members

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve      issues promptly

• Monitor inventory and manage stock levels

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hospitality      industry is essential

• Strong leadership and organizational      skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced      environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal      skills

• A passion for food and customer service

• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time      hours, including weekends
