🧑⚕️ Key Responsibilities
Personal care: Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Medication support: Helping clients take prescribed medication safely
Meal preparation and feeding: Ensuring clients receive nutritious meals and assistance with eating
Mobility support: Helping clients move around safely, including using mobility aids
Companionship: Providing emotional support and engaging in conversation or activities
Household tasks: Light cleaning, laundry, and shopping assistance
Monitoring health: Observing and reporting changes in physical or mental health to supervisors
