Cook

Cook required for busy Golf Course café facility near Chryston area - Minimum 20 hours per week.

Work rota over 7 days weekend included.

Weekly staff tips.

Christmas & New Years off.

Holiday pay accrual.

Midweek shifts 10am-3pm

Weekend 10am-5pm

(with exception of parties in for the buffets may vary).

DUTIES: 

• Running day to day of the café.

• HACCP paperwork(temperature check on food, fridges & storage).

• Preparation of food handling.

• Ordering supplies once needed.

• Keeping kitchen up to company standards.

• Buffet and catering knowledge would be great but can be taught.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Drive.

• Least 1 year in a kitchen as a cook or similar.

• REHIS and food hygiene level 2.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: 

• Experience in previous similar roles.
