CSCS labourer

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated CSCS Construction Labourer to join our team in the central belt . This role involves assisting with various construction tasks on-site, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of building projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn about the construction industry. Responsibilities

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of  materials and equipment on-site

• Preparing sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organising materials

• Moving materials around the site safely and efficiently

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations

• Assisting with minor repairs or tasks as directed by supervisors

• Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in good condition and properly stored after use

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or manual labour is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Good physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Basic understanding of health and safety practices within a construction environment is advantageous

• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team are essential skills for success in this role
