Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer administration (required), 1 year in customer service (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently      handle inbound calls and resolve issues.

  • Record and      manage current jobs within the job management system/database.

  • Generate,      dispatch, and track service quotations.

  • Coordinate      new equipment delivery with clients and transport contractors.

  • Obtain      purchase order numbers from clients.

  • Manage      hire and warranty claims for executive review.

  • Provide      operational support to customer field engineers.

  • Plan and      schedule tasks with sub-contractors.

  • Maintain      organized files and business activity records.

  • Ensure      effective information sharing across departments.

  • Perform      general administrative tasks and assist management with ad hoc duties.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency      in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook; knowledge of      Business Central Cloud is a plus.

  • Exceptional      Telephone Skills: Confident and professional customer      engagement.

  • Robust      Administrative Skills: Strong attention to detail and      accuracy.

  • Time      Management and Organizational Abilities: Excellent      prioritization and multitasking skills.

  • Communication      Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal      communication.

  • Office      Experience: Considerable experience in an office      environment.

  • Positive      Work Ethic: Punctual, professional, reliable, and      maintains discretion.
