Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer administration (required), 1 year in customer service (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle inbound calls and resolve issues.
Record and manage current jobs within the job management system/database.
Generate, dispatch, and track service quotations.
Coordinate new equipment delivery with clients and transport contractors.
Obtain purchase order numbers from clients.
Manage hire and warranty claims for executive review.
Provide operational support to customer field engineers.
Plan and schedule tasks with sub-contractors.
Maintain organized files and business activity records.
Ensure effective information sharing across departments.
Perform general administrative tasks and assist management with ad hoc duties.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook; knowledge of Business Central Cloud is a plus.
Exceptional Telephone Skills: Confident and professional customer engagement.
Robust Administrative Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Time Management and Organizational Abilities: Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
Office Experience: Considerable experience in an office environment.
