Administrator (Employability Background Preferred)
£15 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. An employability background is preferred, as the successful candidate will be required to liaise with external partners such as Jobcentre Plus and Jobs & Business Glasgow.

Mon - Thu 10am-2pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records

  • Applying for certificates and managing badge applications

  • Emailing certificates to candidates

  • Setting up SIA training courses

  • Providing course aftercare support

  • General administrative duties including filing and answering calls

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience (essential)

  • Employability sector experience (preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a small team

The successful candidate will join a supportive team of two and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
