Hours 8:30 to 16:00

5 days over 7day - This role will involve weekend working

• Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism

• Managing reservations and walk-ins using booking systems

• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Barista experience an advantage

• Serving meals and beverages while maintaining high service standards

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints with tact and resolution

• Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area and front desk

• Processing payments and managing till operations

• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
