General Construction Operative

Civil & Engineering company are Looking for three candidates to work on their new contract at Mid Forest Farm in Cumbernauld and one in Almondvale, Livingston (pick up from Coatbridge)

• Job title - General Construction operative, specialising in all aspects of groundwork activities for large civil engineering contractor.  Progression into modern apprenticeship in Civil Engineering groundwork operations is available for suitable candidates. Plant training etc.

• Salary - £NMW (16-19 year olds) with competitive increase each year. Will consider other ages - above NMW.

• Hours - Monday - Thursday 08.00-16.30 & Friday 08.00-15.30. Optional Saturday once settled in 08.00-13.00.

Main duties and responsibilities

Assisting with all aspects of groundwork activities. Full details to be provided at induction.

• Essential criteria - CSCS Card & Willing to work outdoors in construction industry.

• Desirable criteria - Previous experience
