Job Summary
As a Home Carer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering compassionate, person-centered care. You will support individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and uphold their dignity and autonomy, all while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.
Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Offer emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to clients.
Promote client independence and dignity in all aspects of care.
Accurately document care provided and report any changes in health or wellbeing.
Work in line with individual care plans, risk assessments, and company policies.
Adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety protocols.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Essential Requirements
Previous experience in care (preferred but not required – full training provided).
Right to work in the UK (or applicable location).
Willingness to undergo DBS (police background) check.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes (drivers preferred where applicable).
