Job Summary

As a Home Carer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering compassionate, person-centered care. You will support individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and uphold their dignity and autonomy, all while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

  • Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.

  • Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.

  • Offer emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to clients.

  • Promote client independence and dignity in all aspects of care.

  • Accurately document care provided and report any changes in health or wellbeing.

  • Work in line with individual care plans, risk assessments, and company policies.

  • Adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and health & safety protocols.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in care (preferred but not required – full training provided).

  • Right to work in the UK (or applicable location).

  • Willingness to undergo DBS (police background) check.

  • Ability to travel to clients’ homes (drivers preferred where applicable).
