What You’ll Do:
• Be the go-to resource for all HR queries—providing insightful advice on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Champion employee engagement initiatives that spark motivation and enhance team spirit.
• Oversee the recruitment process from crafting compelling job descriptions to onboarding new team members.
• Play a key role in employee performance management, helping to identify development needs and coaching employees to reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with management on HR projects that drive improvements and ensure alignment with our business goals.
• Utilize your knowledge of employment law to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Requirements
• A background in HR with demonstrable experience in an HR Advisor role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment law.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to resolving issues and a knack for problem-solving.
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
