Job Title : Factory Lead Hand/Glazier
Hours : 40 hours per week

Due to continued growth, a Cumbernauld based uPVC window and door supplier, and manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Lead Hand/Glazier to join their production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced glazier looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established and growing company.

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent , 40 hrs, Monday- Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Leading and supporting the glazing team on a daily basis
Ensuring production schedules and quality standards are achieved
Glazing uPVC windows and doors to a high standard
Training and mentoring team members
Identifying and resolving production issues
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
Essential Criteria
Proven experience as a glazier, preferably within the uPVC window and door industry
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
Desirable Criteria
Previous supervisory or team leader experience would be advantageous
