Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Offer expert advice on bathroom products, including suites, fittings, tiles, and accessories
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare quotations and process sales orders
Maintain showroom displays to a high standard, ensuring products are clean, well-presented, and correctly priced
Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Coordinate with suppliers and check stock availability
Support the delivery and after-sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction
Process payments and operate the till system
Keep up to date with product knowledge, trends, and promotions
Assist with showroom promotions and marketing activities
