🧩 Key Responsibilities:
🛏️ Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
🍽️ Support with meal preparation and feeding, considering dietary needs
🧹 Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
💊 Prompt or assist with medication under guidance
🚶♀️ Encourage mobility and support with walking aids or transfers
🗣️ Provide companionship and emotional support
📋 Record and report observations and concerns to senior staff
🚗 Accompany clients to appointments or social activities if required
