A Wishaw based Abattoir is looing to recruit a General Operative to add to its busy team. Working Mon-Fri between 7am-3pm, the successful candidate will be offered a starting hourly rate of NMW.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Duties may include but are not limited to trimming carcasses, collecting blood, fat and by products, ensuring full traceability, end of day hygiene, collecting, salting and palletising hides, cleaning of the lairage and outdoors. All tasks are allocated in advance. Person will look after the anilam welfare.
