Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

About the Role
A well-established fabrication and manufacturing company is looking to recruit an experienced Welder to join its busy workshop team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality welded fabrications while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out MIG welding to a high standard.
Fabricate and assemble metal components from engineering drawings.
Prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Operate workshop machinery and equipment safely.
Maintain a clean and organised working area.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
Aged 18 years or over.
Proven MIG welding experience.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good attention to detail and quality standards.
Strong practical skills and workshop experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Requirements
Experience within a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Relevant welding qualifications or certifications.
Experience working with a range of materials and fabrication techniques.
