Routes to Work Ltd (RTW) has over two decades of experience and has established itself as a leader in employability support within North Lanarkshire. In addition, RTW has operated in other local authority areas such as West Dunbartonshire and Clackmannanshire, where we have contributed to a collaborative employability sector, and shared our best practices and insights from our Knowledge Transfer Partnership with University of the West of Scotland, Innovate UK and Social Value International. By doing this we hope to enable stronger impacts, engagement and outcomes for the communities that we are serving.
This includes West Lothian, where we will be facilitating training with local partners such as West Lothian Council, Partnership for Parents, West Lothian Local Employability Partnership and The Larder, to support parents in need of support, on pathways such as childminding and hospitality.
